FOUNDER AND BOARD MEMBER AT AND THE NETWORK

I have always loved Barcelona and creativity and, although I was trained as a designer and set up my own studio, I soon jumped into advertising at Y&R and JWT as a creative director. When you are a creative creature (and you like rock & roll), the body asks you for more: get out of where you are, discover new horizons and discover yourself by exposing yourself to the world. After years living in other continents incredible stories, having met wonderful people and learned from all of it working as GCD in Grey, I return home at the end of 2019. I want to take some time to think about what the role of advertising, agencies and brands is TODAY and what it will be in the future. So in the middle of 2020, with all the crises we are experiencing, we founded _2045. A New Independent Non-agency based on the experience, created in the present, looking to the future.

Carles has been honored to judge the work of his peers at The One Show, London International Awards, New York Festival, Fiap, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and member of the Global Creative Council in Grey.

His work has achieved more than 90 recognitions in the most prestigious advertising shows, this includes 12xCannes Lions, 4xOne Show Pencils and several recognitions from D&AD, The One Show, Eurobest, El Sol —including 6 Grand Prix— Fiap, New York Festival, Ojo de Iberoamérica and Achap.
